I had many mini heart attacks while ironing him, as well. Apparently the non-stick parchment we bought sticks. So the paper would curl up, bringing the beads up with it and scattering them around...

O_o I am jealous. This was and still is on my to-do list. How many pegboards did it take? and do you know what colors you used? I can see sand and tan and black and red, as well as 3 shades of blue and clear... may i ask what else you used?
